We design and deliver assessment tools for clients. We are trained across a wide range of psychometric testing and personality profiling, commonly using MBTI (steps 1 & 2), HAY ECI, Thomas Kilman Conflict, Strengthscope, and 16PF tools in coaching and team development. Occupational testing can be for a range of situations from recruitment assessment centres to inform selection through to assessment for qualifications to meet specific criteria or learning outcomes. We also produce a range of assessment tools to suit what is being tested and this can range from role-plays and observed behaviour tasks through to written assignment tasks, question papers and case studies. We also produce marking schemes and assessment criteria to suit the qualification as appropriate. We have experience in national qualification development which makes us experts in the field.
